Rules on Practice and Procedure

The rules on practice and procedure are made by the Chairperson of the Private Columbaria Appeal Board pursuant to section 91(1) of the Private Columbaria Ordinance (Cap. 630). Under section 91(3) of the Ordinance, the Chairperson may determine any matter of practice or procedure relating to the hearing of appeals if no provision governing such matter is made in the Ordinance or in rules made under section 91(1) of the Ordinance.

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
